Ball Manufacturing is a 140-year old global manufacturing company with revenue of $12B. This year's leadership conference was virtual and the emphasis was on the many and diverse voices from across all divisions and locations. The two-day program included panels, presentations, guest speakers, Q&A and ideas presented by attendees, polling and a Ball trivia contest, as well as "Ball Moments" -- real stories that exemplify Ball values, submitted by both leaders and employees. The "Main Stage" experience seamlessly blended live speakers with broadcast graphics, brand videos and interstitial animations to create a dynamic experience.
