This Fortune 100 Pharmaceutical Company needed to transform a four-hour live event into a 45-minute virtual experience for 8,000 participants that could be customized for eight unique audience segments. In a play on the Cannes Film Festival, the virtual experience was reimagined as “I CAN…WIN,” a glitzy, gamified evening of fun celebrating the organization’s top performers. Individualized invitations went out to each invitee with a customized link to the event broadcast, where two professional hosts interacted with leadership and remote participants throughout the program with interactive games and trivia to increase engagement.
