Rebrand & Workforce Training

To introduce the “The Art of Hosting” initiative, a campaign designed to elevate the travel experience for the prized demographic of millennial business travelers, we created a virtual training Tool-kit that was rolled out nationally across all Marriott Hotel properties. Housed within a custom-branded virtual toolkit that included a robust suite of training tools and interactive media, including strategic videos, new behavior modeling, team exercises, and “mini meeting rooms.” Content was translated into 12 different languages, and was customizable so that individual managers could provide targeted, localized messaging specifically tailored for their property.
