Virtual Sales Meeting
Long before the current COVID19 crisis forced widespread adoption of virtual programming, TEVA Pharmaceuticals enlisted us to create a virtual meeting series for their 650-member nationwide sales force. The goal was to improve efficiency while controlling costs by conducting essential training, education and motivation without needing to take reps out of the field. We worked closely with the Regional Directors (virtually, of course!) to craft a program that included interactive elements, polling, engaging multimedia components and carefully curated content. Participant feedback was overwhelmingly positive and based on that success the sales and marketing teams expanded the virtual meeting program as the best practice for efficient and cost-effective communications across the company.
